Local Resident Named to Who’s Who at Â鶹ÊÓƵ 
Garden City, NY — On Tuesday, April 23rd, Akbar Hasan, a resident of Westbury and a student at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, received the Who’s Who Among Students Award and the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Student Activities Award, presented by the Student Activities Staff.
The Who’s Who Award is given to full time students who have made an outstanding contribution to student life at Â鶹ÊÓƵ through extracurricular activities or athletic programs. The Student Activities Award recognizes students who have made important contributions to student activities or athletic programs at Â鶹ÊÓƵ through active participation and dedication.
Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and have completed at least 45 credits.
